There are a total of 62 homes in the development and all homes are two story. There are on-and off-water Townhomes. The on-water townhomes have an excellent view of the Bay. The off-water townhomes are located across the street with a 20' x 20' private courtyard. The community is not gated, but rather secluded, by itself, on either side of Harbour Lane which is a quiet cul-de-sac street. Harbour View Park with tennis courts, baseball diamond, wide grassy areas and a swing/play set is located across the street. Harbour View Elementary School adjoins the Park. A shopping center anchored by Trader Joe's is within strolling distance and features several restaurants, two banks and numerous shops, a car wash and other service establishments.

Christiana Bay is the largest bay in the Harbour, and is visited by the annual boat parade which can be viewed right from the on-water patios. All the on-water homes also face a westerly direction with stunning sunset views across the extra wide and long Bay.
